I am honored to listen to and hold the stories of your life and witness how Spirit is moving in you.
You don’t need to go the mountaintop or on spiritual retreat to remember your deepest truths. I companion people in their busy lives and provide sacred space to look at what is through a spiritual lens. Relationships, parenting, saying goodbye to a loved one, prayer and meditation, work life, and everything else that is part of the path may be included in a spiritual direction session.

Sessions are $70 for an hour and are typically scheduled for once a month.

SoulCollage® is a contemplative, creative process that uses images and your imagination to access inner knowing. By cutting, pasting and assembling a collage you are invited to make cards that are unique and meaningful to you. You do not have to be an artist, anyone can do it!

Full vaccination is required for in person classes as I am a caretaker for my elderly parents. Masks may be recommended during group time depending on current CDC guidelines.
