You don’t need to go the mountaintop or on spiritual retreat to remember your deepest truths. I companion people in their busy lives and provide sacred space to look at what is through a spiritual lens. Relationships, parenting, saying goodbye to a loved one, prayer and meditation, work life, and everything else that is part of the path is welcome in a spiritual direction session.
I create a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space for you to speak and hear your truth.
I offer a free introductory session to ask questions and discern if we want to move forward with spiritual direction together.
Sessions are $70 per hour and may be held either virtually or at my home in Golden Valley, MN.
